Information used for your purchase
We use your purchase email, selected book, order and payment references, amount, currency, payment status, purchase time, and email delivery status to process purchases, deliver books, restore access, handle refunds, and prevent misuse. Support emails contain the information you choose to share.
Payments and service providers
Razorpay processes payment information in its checkout. Our website does not store full card numbers, CVVs, bank passwords, or payment OTPs. Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores purchase records and private book files, and Resend sends purchase and recovery emails. These providers process information as needed to operate these services. Hosted fonts may also involve requests to Google’s font services.
Newsletter subscriptions
When you choose to join our newsletter, your email address and consent record are stored by InterviewLeaf. Resend, our newsletter service provider, processes email confirmation, newsletter delivery and unsubscribe requests. We send GenAI educational content and ebook promotions, up to two emails daily. New website subscribers must confirm their email address before receiving the newsletter. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter or contact us at books@interviewleaf.com.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential signed cookies maintain checkout sessions and recognise purchased books on your browser. Temporary browser storage helps retry interrupted payment confirmation. Clearing browser data may require reopening the access link in your purchase email. Admin sessions use an additional essential cookie.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and engagement. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information such as pages viewed, browser and device information, and approximate location. We use campaign tags (source, medium, campaign, content, term, and campaign ID) and referring websites to understand whether visits come from newsletters, social networks, search, or direct visits. We exclude other URL query parameters, purchase details, personal access links, and form contents from our analytics tracking. Advertising personalisation is disabled. Retention and your requests
Purchase and support records are retained as needed to provide access, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes.
Instagram notes and PDF delivery
When you comment PDF on an InterviewLeaf notes post, we use the comment identifier, post identifier, comment time and delivery status to send the matching PDF link and prevent duplicate replies. Meta processes the Instagram interaction. Manychat currently provides some replies; our cloud integration uses Cloudflare, Vercel and Supabase to schedule posts and process delivery. We do not use this request to subscribe you to unrelated messages. Delivery records are kept while needed to operate the notes service and investigate delivery issues. To request deletion of these records, email books@interviewleaf.com with your Instagram username and the relevant post; do not send your password. Deleting our records does not delete messages or comments held by Instagram.
Keeping access private
Book downloads require purchase verification. Personal access and download links should not be shared. We do not sell your personal information. Published review information is visible to other website visitors.
